The W Group, also known as the largest provider of quality senior care, is seeking a motivated and dynamic, field-based Recruiter who has experience with community-based field recruiting, and has both strong networking and relationship building skills. We have our eye out for a candidate that has grassroots recruiting experience is passionate about enabling others to gain meaningful employment opportunities.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This is a field-based position. Where the chosen candidate will have the opportunity to work independently to recruit Administrative and Frontline staff for our assisted living facilities. The Field recruiter will be supported by a professional team HR and talent Acquisition specialists. This position allows for continues career growth and the opportunity to benefit from a competitive salary with an unlimited bonus incentive structure. REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of two (2) years of field-based healthcare recruiting experience
• Existing relationships placement agencies, social service agencies, and local colleges
• Understanding of communicating effectively with employees, clients, medical and community affiliates to develop positive relationships
• Comfortable with applicant tracking systems is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
• Valid driver’s license

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify new recruiting sources on an ongoing basis
• Attend hiring events, community-based events, within the community and at The W Group
• Promote positive community relations and partner with, placement agencies, social service agencies, one-stop employment centers, local colleges, places of worship, etc. to ensure a consistent ongoing pool of HHA and administrative staff candidates
• Utilize various social media platforms to develop the pipeline of candidates
