The largest Assisted Living Management Group in NY is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager who is a strong communicator, pays attention to detail and has an in-depth understanding of Department of Health regulations concerning personnel records for healthcare agencies. The Human Resource Manager is responsible for cultivating and executing all HR-related duties on a professional level. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, policy implementation, and employment law compliance. This individual will, respond to employee questions and grievances, and ensure the company maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment specifically DOH, while enjoying being a part of an ever-expanding team of healthcare professionals committed to employee satisfaction.
