Transportation Mini-Van Driver

The W Management Group is now hiring a Transportation Mini-Van Driver to take Senior Residents to doctor appointments, meetings, shopping, community outtings. This individual will be responsible for handling and scheduling transportation services for residents it may include odd hours, weekend and holiday covereage as needed. As a Transportation candidate you should possess excellent customer service skills and have a clean valid driver’s license.

You also have the ability to be cross trained in other areas to improve yoiur skills and gain knowledge in the Healthcare industry with Senior Care.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling timely transportation services, such as pickups, deliveries and drop-offs
• Generating processing logbook entries, documents and invoices 
• Implementing transportation policies and procedures
• Addressing resident inquiries and complaints
• Ensuring compliance with the industry regulations and requirements
