The W Management Group is looking to hire a compassionate and experienced UAS Assessment RN.

We are seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse to service patients in our Adult Homes. This position requires expertise in the areas of patient and family assessment, determining appropriateness of and acceptance for  services, coordination of services given by other health care providers, and knowledge of state regulations. This position includes performig a combination of virtual and onsite assesments.

The chosen RN will enjoy being a part of a dynamic, supportive, and compassionate team of healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

• Must have an active New York State RN License
• Experience working in an adult care facility & Assisted Living Program is a plus
• UAS Assessment Experience is preferred 
• Valid Drivers License
