Director of Patient Services - $5,000 Sign On Bonus

The W Assisted Living Facility, is seeking an experienced Director of Patient Services. We have our eye out for an DPS who can support a collaborative team approach through providing guidance, and a continued commitment to excellence in resident care. Top candidates must have experience in ALP policies and procedures, strong management skills, familiarity with UAS assessments, and address business from a creative and compassionate point of view. 

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• Current NYS license and registration as an RN in good standing condition
• Minimum (2) years community nursing experience
• Knowledge of Adult Care facilitates and applicable regulations desired.
• Ability to lead, guide and motivate ALP RN's 
• Outstanding interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively with clients, residents, and families from diverse backgrounds who may have physical, sensory and mental impairments

JOB AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure that the Agency/ALP operations and standards comply with all local, state and federal rules, regulations and statutes;
• Participate in the development of administrative policies and procedures
• Oversee clinical assessments; ie: UAS assessments 
• Coordinate/ensure care is provided as per resident needs on an ongoing basis

Annual Salary: $120,000 - $140,000
