The W Assisted Living Management Company is looking to hire a Medication Technician Supervisor. We have our eye out for

experinced and  compassionate candidates.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for setting up, storing and recording all medications
  • Supervisor will administer and maintain records for all dispensed medications to residents
  • Ensure medication staff are conforming to established guidelines, methods, policies and procedures
  • Directs and coordinates the ordering of medications and necessary supplies

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Understanding of the clinical, social, and emotional needs of the residents
  • High degree of accountability and initiative, organized, self-motivated with a strong patient advocacy
  • Compassionate with a focus on customer service
  • Knowledge base and understanding of medications/medical terminology
  • At least 1 or more years in a supervisory role, preferably in care facility environment
