Transportation Aide - Full Benefits!

The W Group is hiring a Transportation staff member full time Monday - Friday with some weekends when needed. This individual will be responsible for handling and scheduling transportation services for residents at our Ticonderoga property. As a Transportation candidate you should possess valid NYS driver’s license and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling timely transportation services, such as pickups, deliveries and drop-offs
• Generating processing logbook entries, documents and invoices 
• Implementing transportation policies and procedures
• Addressing resident inquiries and complaints
• Ensuring compliance with the industry regulations and requirements
