LPN / Med Supervisor 

Montcalm Manor Assisted Living Facility is seeking a compassionate and experienced LPN. The LPN helps to fulfill the care requirements of our patients. The successful candidate will work within their entire scope of practice. The LPN will be fully accountable for ensuring that the utmost in competent care and safety is consistently delivered to all residents. Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Assisted Living policies and procedures is a plus
  • New York License and current registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • One-year experience in an acute care facility is a plus not required.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to determine appropriate course of action in complex situations
  • Ability to work independently, pay attentive to detail, and maintain a positive attitude
  • Skilled in the principals of confidentiality
