Overview

 

Assisted Living community, located on Long Island, is seeking a reliable and compassionate LPN for our Day Shift, 7am-3:30pm but willing to be flexible. Our ideal candidate must possess a genuine passion for caring for seniors. We are looking for someone who is professional, compassionate, dedicated and able to multi-task and adapt to ever changing situations. Our candidate will truly make an impact on the lives of our residents through their skill, love and professionalism which will truly impact the well-being and quality of life of our residents. New grads welcome.

Additional responsibilities include:

 

      • Must be proficient in med passing and able to supervise a staff of Resident Care Associates and Med Techs.
      • Must follow and adhere to policies and procedures of facility and all federal, state and local regulations to ensure the highest degree of quality care and safety are maintained at all times for our
      • Must have an active NY LPN
      • Experience in Alzheimer's/Dementia, or experience in Assisted Living or similar setting preferred.
      • Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and work

Annual Salary $75,000.00 - $83,000.00
