The W Assisted Living Communities is looking to hire a Front Desk Receptionist. We have our eye out for a compassionate and energetic candidate.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answering and routing phone calls
  • Greeting visitors and staff
  • Perform general office duties
  • Oversee the distributing of daily mail, packages and deliveries
  • Monitor supplies and maintain excel spreadsheet for inventory for the front area 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma; or equivalent
  • One to two years of experience in administrative/secretarial, or other work-related experience, preferably within the health care services industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Investigative ability, highly organized, self-motivated, takes initiative
