Lead Home Health Aide

 

The W Group Assisted Living Facility is looking to hire a Lead Home Health Aides. We have our eye out for a compassionate and energetic candidate that is committed to both employee and resident satisfaction.

In this important role the chosen candidate will coach and support all home health-aides to ensure the schedule and plan of care is adhered to at all times.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Aide supervision: assist in preparing the weekly schedule and monitoring all Home Health Aides attendance and performance
  • Collect and review duty sheets
  • Collect and review toileting duty sheets
  • Accompany residents on when needed
  • Monitor the shower and laundry schedule
  • Ensure proper documentation takes place at all times
  • Assist with orienting new aide

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  • Experience with scheduling and supervising direct care staff
  • Recent Physical, including a drug screen, PPD, and Rubella and Rubeola Titers
  • Ability to arrive timely with a self-driven and positive attitude
  • Ability to interact with the Residents with respect and dignity
